ACTUATING FUNCTION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MOSQUE'S REFILL WATER DEPOT

Abstract

The refill water depot as a business entity owned by the Al Falah Ceger mosque is the implementation of the mosque's function as a baitul muamalah. This study aims to describe the application of mobilization in the management of water depots as mosque-owned business entities. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques for this study used interviews, observations, and documentation conducted at the Al Falah Ceger Grand Mosque, East Jakarta in the period of April – July 2023. The results of this study are employee motivation encouragement that comes from internal, namely worship and external with bonus motivation offered. A good communication pattern between employees and superiors so that the culture of helping in the organization can be implemented, coordination in the form of deliberation with mosque administrators, briefing with the head of the depot and coordination between individuals or teams, and continuous assistance carried out by the head of the water depot by monitoring every day. All of the discoveries that have been mentioned, have made a great contribution to the progress and development of the refill water depot business. This study concludes that the driving function of this water depot is running well.
