This study is motivated by the challenges surrounding the sustainability of da‘wah activities and congregational dynamics at the Kapal Munzalan Indonesia Mosque, which remain largely dependent on its internal community, including employees and mosque volunteers. This condition has resulted in a decline in congregational attendance during holidays due to the limited involvement of the surrounding community. In addition, Muslim minority communities face restricted social interaction within a predominantly non-Muslim environment and difficulties in accessing halal food. This study aims to analyze the role of the mosque as a center for da‘wah, the strengthening of Islamic identity, community solidarity, and social adaptation among Muslim minorities. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the mosque functions not only as a place of worship but also as a social space that strengthens relationships among members of the Muslim minority community. Contextual, flexible, and community-based da‘wah adaptation strategies are considered effective in maintaining the mosque’s existence, improving social relations with the surrounding community, and ensuring the sustainability of the religious life of Muslim minority communities. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive da‘wah model within predominantly non-Muslim environments
